When I was a young fella and not with the best of confidence.Whenever I was to do something out of my comfort zone.I'd come up with all kinds of reasons why not to do it.But my uncle once said to me,"You've told me all the reasons why you can"t,Now tell me how you can".Always stuck with me.

A good one. At some stage in my twenties I started to realize it was the things I didn't do that I regretted, not the things I did. So I developed a "feck it, go for it/do it" mentality.
