    Okay do I have to give the landlords a month notice for the rent review? Or does he have to guve me 90 days notice?

    Well, since a tenant can't initiate a rent review, I'm not sure what you mean by your first question. The landlord has to provide proper notice of a rent review 90 days before the new rent is to take effect.
