Can you explain this unattended works in Marley Court, Rathfarnham. A supply interruption notice was posted last Friday for today. No sign of anybody, guards knocked over, hole was exposed wwhile full of water with children playing nearby (I had to move covers over hole). This is unacceptable negligence.

Happened over weekend. Hole left badly protected and full of water which was a danger to kids playing around the area. No water all day yesterday. Workers arrived and advised Council had only just turned off water. Work could not commence for hours. We were left with no water until evening time
