Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks,

My Dad has a HKC system installed for a number of years and gradually the speaker volume has been decreasing (System Armed/Disarmed message etc.). It has now got to the point that the keypad speaker is essentially inaudible and as he is an elderly chap this has become a real issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and if so were you able to resolve it ?

    Regards,

    Michael

Does that keypad use a male voice ?

If so the speaker module could be on its last legs.
