Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ford Essex v6 starter

    Hello, earlier in the year, I purchased a Reliant Scimitar se5a for a sum of 170 Euros in the hope of restoring it. The issue is, it came with no starter and try as I might, I cannot find a replacement unit for under 150 pounds sterling (not including shipping from the UK). Does anyone have a car with a Ford Essex v6 motor in it that they're breaking for parts? Or an Essex just lying round? I just need one to keep the progress going on the car because not being able to find one is putting me off.
