Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There’s an obvious flaw in your process there in that they can’t play on goal, in defence, out wide or up front. I’ll be generous and divide your figure by 6.

Are they in the top 18 midfielders in the league?

They’re not even in the top 30!

They have both been played out wide repeatedly this season and Siggy has been played out wide his whole career off and on.

I'll be generous and take away the 12 keepers, so it's down to 96.

Sigurdson is no good out wide. Just because he's been asked to play there is not evidence in itself that he's any good at it.

At the moment we are too easy to play against. We look like a relegation side and anyone can handle us right now.

Our style is very 90's italian football. We have fast players but we dont play the ball to.their strength.

We dont get enough players into the box also.

And of course Tosun has now injured his knee and is out for the rest of the year

So we won’t be getting rid of him in the summer

Out of contract next summer so will get nothing for him now. Disaster of a signing

He was on loan in turkey and it looked like we might be able to offload in summer but no chance now.

    Another year paying his wages

Regards new signings , the one I think we need the most is a goal scoring forward, DCL was brilliant at season start , confidence sky high, but ther was no alternative or backup - need a goalscorer , I'd sell Gomes, Gbamin and Delph , wont get much , and bring in 2 more quality midfielders . But we need someone to share the striking with DCL - URGENTLY.
Not sure how much money ther will be for re-building with Financila fair play and the new stadium.

I totally trust Carlo, we are lucky to have him, we have a new stadium on the way , and the best owners I can remember, I expect big improvement next year (really)

It's just the last 25 years or so of new stadium false dawns has permanently scared my heart.
I'll believe it when I see ground broken.

Sorry of I came across as being a jerk.

No worries, and I know how you feal , just think this is different , the planning seamed to take an age - but I really think this will happen .

It's never gotten this far though; has it?

But I'd agree. This is Everton. We seem to be at least two to three decades behind everyone else in getting stuff done.

Think the club lived on the list of "firsts" for far too long.

We have never got close to planning !!

I think work is to start during summer, thats I suppose when we can all relax !!

and worry about next season and additions, and clearing dead wood.

Beats what was put out against Brighton

I'm still expecting to lose mind

It’s not great, but it’s not that bad.

I don’t think Iwobi is playing in midfield anyway. I think it’s a 3-5-2 with Iwobi as a wing back.
