Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there an easy way to make my curtains smart?

I have a set of blackout curtains in the bedroom. They are on a normal draw string / rope that is on a loop and affixed at the bottom with a wheel to keep it in place.

I'd really like to turn these into smart curtains. I'm not going to replace the whole thing - what I'd like is a very simple motor at the bottom where the guide wheel is that can pull the curtains open or close. I want it to work on a timer and work with Alexa.

    Does such a thing exist?
