    Was just looking up some of their lyrics and came across this song called "White Noise".
    What do you make of it?
    It's a shame that with all their anti sectarian stuff they did that they embraced other forms of bigotry.

    Anyway, yeah. Great song. I remember hearing a story about a tabloid in England picking up on the song and publishing an "article" about how SLF were racists. The picture which accompanied the "article" was of the band playing at an anti-racism benefit show.

    A lot of SLF lyrics are satirical. "Fly The Flag" is another example. Great song and a great band. Their last gig here was awesome. I hope they play down here again soon. :)

    Seriously, how could ANYONE think that?
    Even if you thought that they were being serious in the first two verses, surely the third one basically ripping the piss out of themselves was enough to make you understand....?
    It's very crude wording is to provoke a reaction, and make you feel something against this kind of thinking.
    A great example of this is of course Dead Kennedys "Kill The Poor" or the more obvious one, John Lennon's "Woman Is The ****** Of The World".

    They've already listed on their facebook page that they're playing London on 25th and Bristol on 26th March. Playing Dublin on 11th March! :D
