Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can NI Auctioneer operate in the South?

Does anyone know anything about the above. I am living on the border and recently thought about getting an Auctioneers license, sadly I would not be able to go back to college and study to meet criteria in the South(due to family commitments).

But if I applied for a license in the North, could I operate in the South? I see lots of Northern Independent Auctioneers operating both sides of the border around here.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You would need to also apply for a licence here with the property services regulator. It is illegal to provide property services without one.

All the details are here www.psr.ie

Would you not be covered by an NI Auctioneers license? The problem with applying for a license here is the educational requirements.
