Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I can't find a reference on the PRTB site to the minimum lease time required before registering with the PRTB i.e. if I rent out my apt short term i.e. 1 / 2 / 3 months do I have to register? Considering I have a month from the beginning of an tenancy to register, the tenant could be gone before I registered a 1 month tenancy.

    Yes you will need to register each tenancy. One exception to this is if it is a holiday home.

    “tenancy” includes a periodic tenancy and a tenancy for a fixed term, whether oral or in writing or implied, and, where the context so admits, includes a sub-tenancy and a tenancy or sub-tenancy that has been terminated;

    At the rate the PRTB operates, there'd be a lot of unopened letters going into the green bin!

    Thanks
