Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I use Kaspersky and haven't had any virus problems since I started using it. You can install it on 3 machines so you can split the cost with someone else if you like.
Do not under any circumstances buy Norton/Symantec anti virus or internet security. It's terrible.

I wouldnt bother with it to be honest. It's kind of like screen protectors or condoms. Safer with them but more fun without and you'll be grand if you're careful.

Porn is a virus now? Are you a member of that Kerry Women's Group?

ms essentials is a free microsoft antivirus

if you are using the google chrome browser install adblock and it will block ads from websites.

malwarebytes is also good to have:

I have used Norton for years and find it excellent, had no issues with it.
Definitely worth paying for anti-virus software in my opinion (regardless of which one you go for).

I know someone who worked for Symantec and he told me not to use it under any circumstances.

Agree with the poster above, one of the IT lads in my job said Norton is practically a virus in itself!

I know someone who currently works there and although I have never asked them what virus protection they would recommend they know I use norton and have never advised me against it.

From my personal experience it has given me no trouble at all and I am 100% happy with it. I can't comment on kaspersky as I've never used it.

This website gives kaspersky a higher rating http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/kaspersky-vs.-norton.html but has bitdefender as better than both (no experience with bitdefender)

This website has Norton as being slightly better lol http://computersecurityhq.com/norton-vs-kaspersky-internet-security/

Well I'll stick with it until my subscription runs out and then I'll look into whether there is a better provider (although as per my previous posts I haven't actually had any issues with norton - not yet anyway :D)
