Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Crossdressing & gender transition

Hi, I'm a closet crossdresser and at one point considered transitioning to female, so, I have an interest in the trans community also. I know they are separate issues, but, just wondering has there been an increase in crossdressing in younger men and in younger males transitioning to female or is it just an increase in visability.
It may just be the case that as I am more aware of crossdressing and trans issues that I notice it more, but, in the last few years there are a huge amount of younger men presenting as female or crossdressing online, often giving makeup, hair & fashion tutorials. I'm delighted to see this as it encourages others within these 2 communities.
I'm just wondering has there been an increase or were there always the same percentage of people crossdressing or wanting to transition ?

Im not up on this, but its probably the same as all other factions of the lgbt community. There has been such a seismic shift in acceptance and visibility in the last few years that everyone finds it easier to come out of the woodwork now, whereas before they would've preferred to remain hidden.
