Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Anyone have a recommendations for a chimney sweep who can do a chimney with a small Stanley stove.

    The stove is probable best done from the roof if you are going to give it a good clean in count of that most stoves are connect to your chimney with some kind of l shaped connector. I always do mine from the roof but i live in a bungloe if you live in a 2 storey house it might be a safety Issue . Most chimney sweeps will give it a quick brush & vac from your stove but it wont be done proper. How is your stove fitted is it set in to your fireplace.

    No its just in front but the flue is lined two storey house.

    You have the same setup as me with your stove connected from back with L shaped joiner so it cant be fully cleaned from stove someone will have to go up on the roof.
