Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am hoping if some expert people on here can lend some advice please. After renting for 10 years i decided to get mortgage and buy a house or apt in Cork, my mortgage has been approved in principle by BOI. I applied it directly. I want to know how i go about searching for properties to closing the sale. Should i get an independent mortgage advisor to ensure i get the best rate for mortgage and then house or what. I am confused. Can anyone please help?
