Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

    Fancy something a little different?

    Sera1.JPG

1992 Phase II Toyota Sera in Astral Black, near mint condition, with just 110,000km (68,000 miles) from new.

NCT 'til July 2015, Tax 'til end of December 2014.

1.5L 5E-FHE engine, 4-speed + overdrive auto gearbox. Only 15,800 or so Seras were made between 1990-95, with just 6% of them in black. This is VIN 14250, so it's quite a late model.

Recent work: new rear brake shoes (2013), new Toyota stainless steel exhaust (not aftermarket brand, 2011), 4 new tyres (2014). Timing belt done at 83,000km.

The car has no rust anywhere on it. It starts, drives and handles like a new car.

    Features:

    - Stock Sera-specific alloys & hubcaps (replaced the wheels in the above pic, pics on link below are more recent)
    - Factory-fit 10-speaker SLSS sound system with original head unit
    - Original spare wheel, toolkit and jack in original Toyota toolbags
    - Original roof panels & original Toyota storage bag

    More pics at http://www.adverts.ie/car/toyota/other-toyota/1992-toyota-sera-phase-ii-near-mint-price-drop/6435426

    Cheers

    Bob

looking to buy a set of metric sized tires for my 900 turbo , sizes are 190/65R390 or 180,65r390 , most conditions considered as long as no cracks. I believe some bmws ran metric sized tires as well.

Hi All, Reluctant sale but I've been ordered to get rid of at least 2 cars.
130,000 miles, Interior spotless, new engine mounts, back box, stacks of receipts, Paintwork needs attention in the usual spots. Lovely runner. I've just spent €4,500 on restoring my other coupe and simply don't have the time to do this one. Car sold with original 8 hole alloys as they drive like dogs on 17"s. No tax or NCT at the moment, I haven't driven it much for the last year. €1,400. I'm including a picture of my other one to give you the idea of the kind of work I do to them

1995 Fiat Cinquecento 899cc - Broken ignition barrel and some minor fire damage

I bought a 95 Cinq a few months back with the intention of doing some small bit of work to it (wiper motor, radiator fan). However, within 1 day of ownership, the ignition barrel was broken in an attempted robbery and the seats became pretty badly fire damaged. There is also smoke staining on the windows. Before the attempted robbery the car was running really sweetly and drove back to Dublin from Athlone without a single hiccup. The engine would overheat in traffic, however, due to the radiator fan not working but that's an easy fix for the mechanically minded.

Of course, given the unfortunate circumstances, the car cannot be driven away but can easily be towed or trailered. I have the logbook as proof of ownership. I'm not looking for money for the car but would consider a swap for something small. Maybe you have an unused project lying up that you fancy trading? Or, if nothing in the motoring world is on the cards, I would consider some musical instruments/equipment or a push-bike.

    PM me for more details.

I had this advertised a while back, and it didn't move, so if anyone wants anything off it.... doors lights, engine box widows etc.

its and e34 estate 1994 on English plates.
the car is complete except for a few bits in side the rear bootlid.
its an open diff, and there is no leather. I have the tax book.
Its a non runner - there is an ignition problem, although I can crank it over using the starter.
I have a new ignition assembly. the wheels are a sort of deep dish, and are not the usual 15" or 16", they are a 385 or something, an American size, so they are unusual.
    thanks

They are metric rims - about the most un-American thing I can think of.

Great for making auto-furniture or use as a plain old doorstop. People willing to fork out for metric rubber are about a million times rarer than the rims...

I have a very nice 190E.. one of the early ones, 1983. This was a special order car, with a long list of extras. Excellent bodywork, and runs perfectly.
RHD. Low mileage. FSH. I don't have photos at the minute, but if any one is interested PM me for further details. Price is 3750, which is pretty fair for the car I think.

easiest way to tell is the rear one is heated and rear one is flatter than front and more square

I'm selling one of my W124's. Its a 1995 E200 with almost 66,000 on the clock. It is in perfect condition and would make a great starter classic for someone. I need the space for another one otherwise I would keep her. I spent about €1,000 on her getting the service up to date and new tyres and she is totally original except for the wheels. She came with steels but I had those alloys spare so I put them on. She is taxed and tested and there is a new set of genuine MB front wings just fitted. I have some service history with it as the guy I bought it from didnt keep any of the receipts from the work he 'had done' !!

I'm looking for €3000 for her. PM me here.

Hi. Just wondering if anyone knows where there might be a (1978) Toyota Corolla KE30 or 36 being broke for parts. In need of a windscreen rubber. Window rubbers/seals for the tops of the doors. Inner seal for boot door (estate) and a rear bumper for the same.

    Thanks,
