Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Three Mobile - Waiting for my refund for over 2 months

    Three Mobile took money from my account even after I moved to different provider and they owe me 30+ euro. I have contacted twice for a refund, they said a cheque will be sent to my address but never received one. I remember similar incident happened a few years ago andI never got back my 10 euro. Looks like they expect us to forget and move on...

    Any ideas how I can get this? Thanks in advance.

    Make an official complaint. Follow their complaints process. Make sure you get a reference number. If you still have not received the cheque then contact Comreg and supply them with the complaints reference number.

    They will take it from there.
