Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So Time For a New Bike

So I snapped the rear deraileur cable yesterday morning on my commute to work. Popped into my LBS and picked up a new cable so all is good again.

But while there and applying the n+1 rule I've decided to buy a new bike.

I currently have a trek 1.2 which I use as a winter hack and Olympia Ego RS which I'm using day to day.

I'm looking at the Giant TCR advanced 1 or the Olympia IKON.

The Giant comes with tubeless tyres and I haven't seen much about these so a little unsure of reliability etc.

Is there anything else out there worth a look. Budget is circa €3k and has to be bought in a bricks and mortar shop in Ireland.

    Any help appreciated.
