Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would like to get some info on what brands or types of bike to look for for a lady who is getting into triathlon type training . Hoping to use the bike to work scheme and would be most grateful if someone could offer advice for a beginner.

Women don't have different anatomical requirements of a bike, other than saddle which can be changed.

So any correctly sized road bike with drop handlebars will do.
