Strong bombproof toilet?

The flush breaks, a lot.
The toilet seats break, they get loose and need replacing.

I imagine the manufacturers have literally seen everything. Talk to some manufacturers / agents and see what they have. Has the flush been replaced? If not, blame a dud unit / one that needs maintenance. If it has been replaced, tell the users it's a toilet flush, not a pull-start lawnmower.

Pick a robust model. From time to time, ensure the fixings are tight.

Pick a model that takes large fixings / more than 2 fixings.

These are often down to people disposing of sanitary wipes and the like in the toilet, when they should be put in the bit. Large clumps of toilet paper can do it also.

If it is a larger person involved, presumably a floor mounted WC is better than a wall-mounted WC.

I've heard people say the push button ones tend to be fussy.

I've never paid much interest beyond 'Mr. Builder, the architect wants that one'. Talk to them, they are likely to be helpful.

Most definitely only consider a floor standing pan. One that has a broad base that can be well secured to a solid floor.
