Buoy M5 and Buoy M6 reports unavailable again recently from Met Eireann.

Wasn't Buoy M5 replaced in the last year or two after a long absence?

Does anyone have any information on what the present problem is?

I can't see any information on their website.

Is M5 the one that ended up on the shoreline of south west England?

Edit - Sorry that was M3

The M6 and M5 weather buoys have ceased transmitting since 18
December 2014 and 13 January 2015 respectively. The M4 is not reporting any
wave data since 26 December 2014.

The stormy weather with reduced capacity for
solar battery charging is the probable cause. The Marine Institute have plans
to service M6 towards the end of February
