Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Persistent light to moderate (but more often moderate than light) rain north Kildare, leading to spot flooding in the area. Cool breeze making it feel very raw. Currently 4.7c with an overnight low of 3.8c.

    Rain is very much needed for me as I've been planting a lot of new plants and trees in the past few weeks and my water butt dried up a couple of days ago. Thankfully there's no need to use water from the hose now.

    This good soaking of rain combined with the upcoming much milder (and probably sunnier) weather will mean that we'll have a huge upsurge in plant growth as we go through this weekend.
