Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for brands like churches, Barker, Crockett & Jones etc so I can try them on instead of buying online, thanks!

Brown Thomas, Fitzpatrick shoes and Loakes own store, all on Grafton St and the surrounds. be good places to start anyway. Debenhams do stock limited Loakes styles at the very least also.

    Arnotts have them all too.

There's a Church outlet in Kildare Village but they are still 200 - 300 for a pair.

I went into that outlet. It didn't seem to carry the good shoes either. A good pair of Church shoes would cost about €600

Brands that do big business in outlets (eg Kate Spade, Coach) manufacture lesser quality goods specifically for the outlets, so Church might do the same.

One thing I noticed about the Church outlet is that the shoe trees they are using in the shoes are useless. They don't have the good makes of the shoe such as the Shannon there. That being said I hadn't been in Kildare Village before and I thought it was a kip. Only one outlet there might have tempted me to buy something but given the vibes overall from the place I kept my hands firmly in my pockets.
