I thinks its 6.5% for D PRSI and 5% for A PRSI. This includes child abd spouse, excludes levy.

    6.5% for main pension conts

This is made up of several components, which may be listed separately on a payslip.

Note that is NOT 6.5% of your gross, it is more complex that that.

On top of the 6.5%, then there is the PRD/ASC.

The main rate of PRSI is 4%.

My prsi is 4% and spouse and child 1.5%.
I am trying to figure out the two pension deductions....grouped pension and the additional one!
I am going on parental leave but it will be across two payslips!
One pay I will be in 11 days and the other 10 days and another 7 days!

    Thanks a mil

Your contribution is made up of

    3% of your full-time
    gross pensionable remuneration

    3.5% of your full-time
    net pensionable remuneration

Net pensionable remuneration is your gross pensionable remuneration less two times the
value of the Contributory State Pension (CSP) for a single adult without dependants.
As of 10 March 2017, the weekly CSP rate is €238.30. The current CSP rates can be found on www.welfare.ie
