Need help purchasing gaming PC

Brexit has removed options people used to suggest and the graphics card market (complete mess) also makes things much rougher than it should be.

What sort of monitor do you have? Resolution and refresh rate determines what level of graphics card you probably want.

A commonly suggested option for those who want to purchase right now is actually Dell! They have some options with 1650 Super and 1660 Super graphics cards from €770 to €900 and they are ok, you would be very much advised to add an extra 8GB stick of ram to either (under €50) to make it 16GB and dual-channel ram. If you look at their outlet there's a bit more of a range of options (or cheaper ones) if you are ok with scratched and dented or "certified refurbished" etc. If you are looking at 4K (or high refresh) then you would be looking at more like €1200 for an alienware from the outlet with an RX 5700.

The 1650 Super should be fine for Warzone at 1080p60 (GTA is less demanding afaiu) but if you are happy to spend €1000 I'd say something with a 1660 Super (or 1660 Ti) is a better buy as the 4GB on the 1650 Super is going to hamstring it quicker if you decide to try something a bit more demanding (or have or get a monitor more demanding than 1080p60).

6 months or a year ago everyone would have suggested building your own or pointed you at good deals from some UK suppliers for pre-builts that were far more like what you would build yourself then the Dell's (which use some unusual parts that limit the long term upgrade options) but right now from the information you have given I'm not sure there's any saner options?

GTA V is pretty hard on the GPU, a 1660ti probably won't cut it at 1440p or more, if you want the settings cranked up, at 1080p it would be grand though!
