Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, the 624'th forum on boards.ie - the Portable Media Players forum.

    Here it is: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=624

    (Ooooh, what a lovely URL!)

It will be the place for discussing everything and anything to do with portable media devices (i.e.: MP3/WMA/etc. players - whether they be iPods, iAudios, iRivers, Creatives, or whatever, MP4/DivX/XviD/etc. players, whether they be, again, iPods, Cowons, Archos, whatever, portable DVD players, and so on).

I presume that the lovely mods of the slobberlingly gorgeous Gadgets forum will move iPod/MP3/etc. related threads to the new forum from now on and will join me in recommending that people post there should their queries be specifically about such devices.

A charter with rules (which the right is reserved by moi to change on as regular a basis as I see fit) will be created soon-ish.

    That is all.

    Enjoy.
