Just bricked my Redmi note 7

And I loved that phone. I've had it since August 2019 and it was still working perfectly with fantastic battery. I'm inclined to go for the Redmi note 9 now, or the pro. Is the only difference RAM and processor? Any other considerations these days? Thanks.
