Before anybody goes there. I know this is crazily expensive still. But it is a major discount on a product that normally sells at >400 and rarely gets discounted. My o/h swears by hers.

The hoops I had to jump through on the phone to what basically amounted to a sales person trying to flog me a new unit rather than just let me have the battery number was unreal.

I ended up getting a generic one off Amazon at a third of dysons price.
