Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mortgage for self emplyed

    Hi,
My wife works full time and I'm an engineering contractor, on a 40hour a week indefinite contract in the pharmaceutical.
We only moved back to Ireland in October after both getting redundancy in the UK, so my business only started in October 2020. From initial research it seems to get a mortgage I'd require 2 years accounts, which I don't have. We have saved about 40% deposit, so were hoping that a bank would see that as security.
Has anybody any tips about what I could do or what bank would likely be interested? The broker I contacted said that he has to have 2 years accounts for all banks, as that's what his system requires.

    Cheers
