Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Faulty product

    I received a faulty product. The shop I ordered from will be sending me a new one.

    I asked what do I do with the one I have now and I was asked could I dispose of it myself.

    Who's responsibility is it for disposal?

    What is it?

    If electric it's free of charge to drop back at where bought or to a recycling facility.

    Technically they are but is it that difficult to bin or recycle.

    It's not an electrical product and I know about the WEE recycling.

    But it is a huge metal thing that is difficult to recycle. And not sure about putting it into the bin either.

    Scrap metal recycling, if it's non toxic or no battery then normal bin.

    Did you explain to the shop that you would have difficulty disposing of it yourself? Did they have any suggestions?
