Clear material for tank protector.

Hi all, Does anyone know where I can source some clear adhesive backed plastic to make tank protectors? I did thus years ago to a VFR and would like to repeat with a K1200gt. Just where my knees meet the tank. Protectors online are around 80€ for the pad and sides, and tbh look like they were made from my rubber doormat.…

Craft shops have clear contact, but that's too thin.

Thanks guys, I dropped into Southern Signs and they gave me some clear signwriters vinyl. Nice and flexible.
I'll make up a template and apply.
