    Hey

So my drains are overflowing, it's the waste water from my down pipe, kitchen & utility (not toliet).

Had dyno-rod our they said the issue is much further up the line. But landlords further up the line are saying it's not a problem on their side.

What the hell can I do, or should I do?

You (or someone working on your behalf) need to lift lids all along the sewer to find out where the blockage is. Do you know the route of the sewer?
