I have fatty thighs, they were previously quite muscular due to years of cycling and horseriding but have been getting increasingly fatter of late due to a sedentary lifestyle. should i get on my bike again?

Yes. But don't forget to cycle it.

Seriously, though, cycling is great for the thighs and calves. I only cycle 8-10 miles a day and my thighs are pretty lean.

Just make sure you have a chain guard - you wouldn't want to get your flab caught in the cogs... :D

Of course you get on your bike!!
