Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else not able to access their DNA results today? I'm logged in but it just gives me an annoying splash screen asking me to buy tests, rather than showing me the usual page.

Haven't had any issues myself with Ancestry today.

Their usual advice is to clear your history and log back in and I have found that this generally resolves the issue.
