IOS and Android app for Sentient N92B

I was just looking through the manual there for a Sentient N92B, and it looks like you can set up a web server for the video which is accessed through a browser. Is there an app that will work on IOS and Android. As an aside, would it be possible to pair this with something like a Ring doorbell?
