Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Error with a claim?

Long story short: applying for job seekers allowance and living with parents. Claim was rejected but I think they calculated it all wrong.

On citizens information this is how net income is calculated in relation to parents income.
“Step 1, add together your parents' net income from all sources. (Net income is your gross income less income tax, PRSI, Universal Social Charge, private health insurance contribution, superannuation and union dues).”

However, on the rejection form I got, it looks like they haven’t deducted income tax or USC, or am I wrong (sorry for the bad photo but green is gross income, red is what they deducted, not including numbers obviously)

This is wrong right? They didn’t do all the deductions they were supposed to do?
