Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Camping in the Pays de la Loire region of northwest France next week from Wednesday to Sunday (inland location). I don't trust the weather apps, would anyone make an educated stab at a forecast for the duration? Thanks

Heavy rain and thunderstorms possible Wednesday night and again late Thursday, rather warm and humid in between those events (Thursday's high about 20 C), then slight improvements each day Friday to Sunday although more cloud than sun and always some chance of showers, highs 17-18 C. Won't be very chilly at night there due to cloud, 10-13 C overnight lows. If you like active weather it might be good to get there on Wednesday, if you don't, maybe check the maps closer to the time and consider one night in a hotel. This is the early stages of what might turn out to be a wet weekend in southern England but the low develops and then moves rather slowly from a position near where you are going, then further northwest by Thursday before it begins to move up towards London. So basically you get the warm front then the cold front and some time in the rather weak warm sector on Thursday.

Cheers MT, a gent as always. As a forum regular I love active weather, but if there might be danger pitching a camp near trees we might keep an eye on the radar and overnight in a motel as suggested.
