Building cost of 10m2 extension (North kildare)

    Struggling to get a builder to price a job at the minute. Understandably I know. But would anyone experienced ( or who similar job be able to guesstimate a price for the following:
    Squaring out an l shaped kitchen in a semi d. Will need to remove a supporting wall. Total size 10m2.
