Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My sister has lived in a new house ten years no tripswitch problem .Now suddenly turning off the immersion trips the switch. Why would this be?

Could be something to do with the switching action and a fault with the heater

I'd prob get it checked by a REC

There could be problems with the RCD too like standing leakage or not working properly

Which breaker does it trip? Does it take out other circuits. If so it's likely taking out the socket RCD, do the lights stay on?

It might be as simple as changing the immersion switch as the contacts have become worn but best to get an electrician to have a look.
