Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi I'm am wondering if anyone on here might be able to help me. I am hoping to change careers and I am looking at childcare, the course I am looking at is childcare with montessori. However I would love to know is there a childcare course you can do that would allow you to work with kids with special needs, autism, down syndrome etc. I can't see anything or find a route that would be best for this. Would I need to do separate courses or what?
If anyone works in that area or could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.
