How to get a paintball marker

Hi I am not involved in paintball and I am aware that if you want to have a paintball marker (gun) you need a licence. However how would you go about buying a paintball gun online.

Have ordered plenty off it, from paintball markers, gear, paintballs, smoke bombs etc, never had a problem. If in doubt, give them a call, the number's on the website

Hot debate and its been done to death, depends on which side of the law you lean. Strictly speaking, you'd be breaking the firearms act by importing one. However, if you don't act the fool with it and generally keep it under wraps, only bringing it to and from a paintball site, you should be ok. Just bear in mind, a Garda does have the full rights to seize it and prosecute you for it. Getting slapped with a firearm offence has serious repercussions e.g. You can kiss good bye to ever getting a visa for most countries.
