Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I thought this might an interesting thing to discuss. As myself someone who studies History at undergraduate level and would like to continue on with it. (Though probably shouldn't...)

What are the best career options nowadays for people with history degrees? Are there any "new" areas where there are plenty of jobs? :p

Realistically you'll have to do at least some sort of post-grad but leaving the obvious one (teaching) aside, you could consider journalism & media, researcher / analyst, law (through a conversion course), and archivist (I'd say a post-grad specialist course is needed for this)....
