liquid nitrogen licence

does anyone know if liquid nitrogen requires a license in Ireland or generally in any country and if I want to buy some in bolandcryo what should I tell them I need it for if they ask, and I just want to freeze liquid butane and propane and make a tiny little bit of liquid oxygen just to see what it looks like
