Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How do you stop the HR strap from moving on your chest? If your a male it would constantly be moving.

You could simply stop after your swim, take your pulse for 6 secs off the pool 60sec clock and times it by 10. Easy as.
Using a monitor, you wont be able to watch it when your swimming, if you do, its bad technique.

I use a cheap HR monitor from Lidl. No probs with it and I've been using it 3 times a week for the last 2 months.
