Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

the big question is whether you're okay with being "in the middle of nowhere"
in a village like that, you'll find yourself very dependant on your car, and if you've come from living in a town/city, it could be something you'll end up regretting.
I'd be more inclined to look for something in or around Tuam, there seems to be a decent choice of 4 beds for under 200k

okay, I didnt realise it was as cheap as 100k, that's a different kettle of fish.
hope you find yourself a good balance between location and price.
nothing worse than paying over the odds to get the right location, or ending up stuck somewhere you hate because you tried to get it on the cheap.
