The ICU will be running a FIDE Arbiter Course (in English) from the 31st January-2nd February. IA Alex McFarlane will be the lecturer. The Schedule: Laws of Chess, Rating and Titles Regulations, Equipment, Swiss System and computer programs, electronic clocks, FIDE Tournament Rules, Anti-cheating Regulations (18 hours in total).

The cost is 75 euro for ICU members.
