    God I hate that term.

Well, I'm 18 and since puberty I've been getting acne over my upper back.
It varys all the time - from truely horrendous to quite calmed down.
The only thing I've found thats helped is the sun - therefore it only goes down for about 2 weeks every summer on my holidays.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do throughout the year to help it? I try to cover it with witch hazel oil as often as possible but tbh it doesnt help much

Try getting your mam or someone to put 2.5% benzoyl peroxide on your back every night (it's over the counter) if it's coming up to an event where you might be exposing your back. Shower every day. Sanex is good.

Witch hazel made mine worse, it's irritating and drying.

You can ask your GP to prescribe a cream for you that will be much stronger than one you would buy in the chemist. [SNIP]
