Where is AccuWeather getting it's information?
It's saying it's 13C in Cork City when it's actually about 22C according to various thermometer around the city centre.

I'd say it has to be about 18C - 19C anyway.

It's warm enough that I've fans on indoors at the moment. Hit 25C in the house.

Rh down to 49% atm, was 46% a while ago. Place is bone dry and the ground getting hard.

14.4C near Tralee, dusty cars here as well, different colour though, not sure is it just local dust after the dry spell, would have thought Sahara dust is normally more of a red tint . Would the yellow dust be maybe more a sign of dust particles from gorse burning perhaps ?

Nice and calm with some sun breaking through although darker clouds approaching.

    Meteorite58,

I've never seen dust this colour before....as you say, it's always the brick red shade on previous occasions. There haven't been any local gorse fires here either, but I notice this morning's coat of the yellow stuff is heavier than I've seen previously from Sahara plumes. It's more yellow than my photo shows....almost like mustard powder. Here's a photo of some of it on my finger.

Unusual Comhra, almost looks like pollen, not near fields of Rapeseed are you, I know that parts of Germany get covered by the pollen from Rapeseed which can be a nuisance to them.

19.7C here .Glorious day even though quite cloudy we are getting sunshine much of the day .

Thanks Meteorite..... indeed that yellow stuff looks like it could have come all the way from equatorial Africa. Very unusual colour. No rapeseed fields near me so must be the exotic gold dust :-)

Lovely humid afternoon in Limk. Partly cloudy, 21.1c & the bar is 992, falling slowly.
