For years we had problems with different washing machines dancing all over the place on the tiled floor of our utility room. We tried thick rubber mats, even a double layer. I then discovered anti vibration, anti walking pads on Wish.com They take a few weeks to come from China but the machine has not budged one inch since even when unevenly loaded with bath towels. They cost around 10 euros a set of four.

Sounds like the dampers are worn, you can get spares for most makes and they're not too difficult to replace, we had the same issue and new dampers solved it.

A new machine has to be levelled and then it does not move about - also the newer machines do a 'self levelling' run before the spin.
