Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ros/revenue payment not taken

    Does anyone know if revenue are having issues with taking payments at the moment?
    paid money through ROS last week but it has stayed in my account, the payment was pending up to yesterday but they haven't taken it.
    Very strange, never happened before.

    ROS Debit Instructions can often take 3-5 working days after the selected date to come out. Was it late last week?
    Check your ROS record and see is the payment recorded there.
    If it hasn't come out by Monday send a MyEnquiry.

    I think it was Tuesday of last week. I rang the bank this morning, they said they had up to today to take the money and they didn't and it won't be taken by them now.

    Tuesday last week is long alright. It is odd as payments are being taken as far as I can see. You can do a MyEnquiry and select ROS payments in the header and it will get to the right place.

    Yeah the payment is showing on my Ros record.
    Very strange.

    It took them 3 weeks to take a payment I sent them 2 years ago.
    Thought my lottery numbers had come up :rolleyes:.
