Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a lot of video of family on MiniDV

I don’t have time to transfer the tapes to my hard drives myself.

Is there a service for this in Ireland?

I’ve Googled but can’t find any and thought maybe I’m using I using the wrong phrasing in my search.

www.super8ireland.com should be able to help you out.
His name is Julien and he's based in Galway.

I've used him for transferring old 8mm cine reels to DVD and found him really really easy to deal with and would have no hesitation in going to him again.
Drop him an e-mail or give him a call, his details are on the website.

The lockdown changed things and I got most of them done myself but there are a few tapes with problems so maybe that guy can salvage them.

    Thanks a million.:)
